Nathan J. Barber
Nathan Barber is a shareholder of the firm practicing in the firm's real estate and secured lending groups.
Mr. Barber advises a wide array of clients regarding all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition and sales, commercial loans, commercial leases, subdivision platting, and condominium and townhome developments. His clients include developers, lenders, landlords, tenants and other business entities that become involved in real estate transactions in connection with the operation of their businesses.
In addition to his extensive real estate practice, Mr. Barber also advises clients with respect to general corporate matters, including entity formation, asset acquisition and disposition, and commercial finance.
Following graduation from law school, Mr. Barber served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable A. Wallace Tashima of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
