Holly M. Logan
Holly Logan is a shareholder of the firm practicing primarily in the areas of criminal and civil litigation and appeals. She has been recognized by Chambers and Partners for her employment law practice.
Ms. Logan has appeared before numerous federal and state courts. Representative clients include banks and lending institutions, legal and medical professionals, building and agricultural product suppliers, as well as a wide range of manufacturing and services companies. In her criminal practice, Ms. Logan has represented many individuals and corporations in a wide variety of prosecutions and investigations in both federal and state court.
As part of her practice, Ms. Logan is devoted to providing pro bono assistance to indigent persons. Ms. Logan received the Volunteer Lawyers Project’s Outstanding Volunteer Award in 2009. Ms. Logan is a regular volunteer at the Volunteer Lawyers Project’s Latino Outreach Clinic.
Ms. Logan received her B.S. degree magna cum laude from the University of Dayton in 1998. She earned her law degree with high distinction from the University of Iowa School of Law in 2001, and served as Note and Comment Editor of the Journal of Corporation Law.
