The Belin Law Firm is located in the Financial Center, the tall white building on the South East corner of 7th and Walnut (Wells Fargo Bank is on the first floor).
If you are coming into downtown Des Moines on I-235 from the West, take the 7th Street exit South. Note that construction on I-235 may impact access on an intermittent basis through 2007. For more details, see I-235 website.
If you are coming into downtown from the East on I-235, take the 7th Street exit South. Note that construction on I-235 may impact access on an intermittent basis through 2007. For more details, see I-235 website.
If you are coming from the airport, take Fleur Drive North until it veers right onto the Locust Street/Grand Avenue exit. Follow Locust Street east to 7th Street, and then turn right.
For parking you will go past the 7th & Walnut Street intersection, staying in the left lane. The underground parking entrance is before you get to the Mulberry street intersection. You will need to press the button to get a parking ticket and continue down the ramp. Turn to the left and locate an open parking spot on this floor. Bring your parking ticket with you so our receptionist may validate this for you. The elevator lobby has sliding glass doors and is located in the middle of the garage. There are two groups of elevators, one group is labeled high-rise. You need to get into one of the high-rise elevators and go to the 20th floor where our receptionists are located.
